Frequently asked

Everything, answered.

Brix is wholesale-only, so most questions are about how an account actually runs. If yours is not here, ask us directly — a real person replies.

Working with Brix

Who does Brix sell to?

Brix is wholesale-only. We supply cafés, restaurants, bakeries, catering companies and drink programmes — businesses buying to serve or resell, not individual customers.

Do you sell directly to the public?

No. Everything we make is produced for business accounts, so there is no online shop and no consumer pricing on this site.

Where do you operate?

Across Egypt, from our kitchen in Cairo. Deliveries run on regular weekly routes by area. We are not exporting yet.

How do I start a conversation?

Send a request through the form at the bottom of this page with your venue and what you are pouring. A real person reads it and replies — usually within two working days.

Samples

Can I taste before I commit?

Yes. Samples are the normal first step. Tell us what is on your menu and we will put together a set that is actually relevant to it rather than a box of everything.

Can I get samples before my paperwork is finished?

Usually, yes. We can support legitimate new businesses whose commercial papers are still being completed, particularly for initial sampling.

Products and availability

Is everything available all year round?

Most of our range is available throughout the year. Selected fruit and herb products are seasonal or subject to availability — we will tell you what is running before you build a menu around it.

What does the range cover?

Four families: syrups and concentrates in 1L PET bottles, sauces in 1L squeezable pouches, aromatic tinctures in small glass bottles, and Brix Supply. The full catalogue is shared directly with registered clients.

What is actually in them?

Real fruit, fresh herbs, whole spice and botanicals, reduced slowly in small batches. No artificial flavours and no artificial colours, across the whole range.

Ordering

How are orders placed?

Orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp with your account contact, once your company is registered with us.

What do you need to register my company?

Company name, address, a Google Maps location pin, tax ID, commercial registration, and the name and number of a contact person.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on your area and route. Your account contact will confirm the minimum that applies to you when you open the account.

Production

How long does production take?

Standard production normally takes four to five business days. Delivery is then scheduled according to the regular route for your area.

Do you hold stock?

Most products are produced against confirmed orders rather than sat in a warehouse. It is why the flavour is where it is, and why lead time matters.

Can you turn something around faster?

Sometimes, depending on what is already in production. Ask — we would rather tell you honestly than promise a date we will miss.

Delivery

How does delivery work?

Once your order is produced, it goes out on the regular weekly route for your area. Your account contact will confirm which day that is.

Is delivery charged separately?

No. The price catalogue shared with customers is VAT-inclusive and includes Brix’s scheduled delivery service.

Storage and shelf life

How should Brix be stored?

Cool, clean and dry, and refrigerated once opened. Shake well before use — there are no stabilisers holding the ingredients in suspension for you.

How long does a bottle last?

Every bottle carries its own production and best-before dates, plus storage guidance, printed on the label in English and Arabic. Read the bottle in front of you rather than a general rule.

Payment terms

How does pricing work?

Current wholesale pricing is available to registered business clients. The catalogue we share is VAT-inclusive and includes scheduled delivery.

What are the payment terms?

Terms are agreed per account. Your account contact will set them out in writing before your first order.

Returns and quality

Something is not right with my order — what now?

Tell your account contact straight away, with the batch details from the label. We make this in small batches and we would rather hear about it than not.

Do you share product documentation?

Yes. Ingredient and specification details for any product in the catalogue are available to registered clients on request.

Custom development

Can you make something exclusive to us?

Yes. Bespoke development is a real part of what we do — a flavour built for your menu, developed with you, and produced to the same standard as the rest of the range.

How does a custom project start?

With a conversation about the drink you are trying to build, not a form. From there we brief, sample, adjust and scale it into production.

Still have a question?

Tell us about your venue and what you are pouring. We will come back with the range, samples and what it takes to put Brix behind your bar.
